Returns & Exchanges
BRELOKQ offers a full refund or exchange on all regular priced purchases of our products from our website, if they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold: with original tags, dust bag, original packaging boxes and all accessories within 30 days of receipt.
All discounted items are final Sale. No refund, no exchange.
For all refunds and/or exchanges, an email must be sent to email@example.com detailing the reasons for the request and number in the case someone from customer service needs to contact you. The subject line of your email must include the order ID number (please indicate your actual order number). The initial invoice received at the time of shipment must be included in the return alongside merchandise.
We will not accept returns or exchange request for items that were purchased in other retail stores or other online boutiques.
Freight and duty charges to be incurred at the time of return on merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not be providing a pre-paid label for your return. You will need to ship out your return yourself and we recommend you proceed with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Returns and/or exchanges are to be sent to the address provided on the replied email.
Any returns received non-compliant with our return terms and conditions, or if products are in any way used or altered, may be rejected for refund/return request at the discretion of BRELOKQ, and ship back to you at your charge.
